Kwong Wah Hospital warning sign phone stand

Kwong Wah Hospital commissioned a run of phone stands shaped like its warning signs, turning a familiar hospital notice board into a small desktop object for internal activities and outward distribution.

The design draws directly on the visual language of the hospital's warning signs, so the recipient recognises the reference at once rather than receiving a generic giveaway with no link to the hospital.

The stand is made for desktop use, holding a phone either upright or on its side, which suits an office desk or a counter and keeps the sign image in view day to day.

Regent Gifts worked to the direction supplied by the hospital on shape and detail, keeping the sign recognisable while making sure the piece still works as a phone stand.
