About Regent Gifts

Regent Gifts (匯浚發展有限公司) is a Hong Kong gift company. Since 2007 it has made gifts and souvenirs printed with a logo or school crest for schools, companies, government departments and non-profit organisations. The items ordered most often are USB flash drives, travel adapters, metal lapel pins, sports towels and stationery.

Our services

When customers enquire, they usually have three things in hand: an event date, an approximate quantity, and a logo or school crest. We suggest styles and quote according to the budget and the use. We then prepare a logo proof free of charge, and check the position, colours and size. Production starts only after the customer confirms. Finished goods are checked first, then delivered to the company or school, or shipped overseas.

The catalogue items ordered most often are USB flash drives, travel adapters and metal lapel pins. We also supply towels, water bottles and flasks, umbrellas, reusable tableware, stationery, shopping bags, group uniforms and crystal awards. Styles outside the catalogue can also be made to a customer's request.

Quantities range from a few dozen pieces to a few hundred. The minimum order depends on the style and is listed on each product page. We mainly handle bulk orders for companies and organisations, and do not focus on single-piece retail.

Where Regent Gifts differs

You can see a price before you contact us. Every product page has an instant self-quote. Choose a quantity and the price is shown. The system also emails you a copy of the quote. It can be used outside office hours as well.
Artwork is always checked before printing. Logo proofs are free of charge, and we can arrange for you to see a physical sample. A vector file is not required. We can convert JPG and PNG files. Production starts only after the school or company confirms the colours, position and wording.
From the order to invoice checking, follow-up is in Hong Kong. Proof checks, quantity changes and invoice checking are handled locally. If the print is out of position, the specification is wrong, or a delivery date needs following up, we deal with the factory. Customers do not have to handle that across the border themselves. Payment arrangements differ between organisations. A school, for example, may need a quotation first in order to apply for a budget. This can be discussed.
Every piece is checked before it leaves. All goods are 100% QC checked before dispatch. If they do not match the confirmed result, contact us.
The quote includes one delivery. Every quote includes one free door delivery. The area is Hong Kong commercial and industrial districts, or within Guangdong. Small orders are sent by SF Express. If the goods need to go into a warehouse, a truck can be arranged separately. Shipping overseas can also be arranged.

Our clients

Primary and secondary schools, and kindergartens: The people who contact us most often are school offices, parent-teacher associations, alumni associations and student societies. They order souvenirs and prizes for sports days, school anniversaries, the start of term, graduation ceremonies and inter-school competitions. Common items include sports towels printed with the school crest, polo shirts made in house colours, prefect badges and award badges, USB flash drives for teachers' appreciation dinners, and crystal awards for first, second and third place.
Universities and tertiary institutions: Souvenirs for campus events, and gifts for graduation and faculty anniversaries, such as flasks, business-card boxes and storage boxes printed with the school crest.
Government departments, public bodies and consulates: Vacuum flasks for meetings and official occasions, and metal lapel pins for use by a department or a consulate.
Banks, insurers and other financial institutions: Client gifts and electronic gifts printed with the brand logo.
Companies: Marketing, administration, purchasing and event staff order gifts for staff induction, client visits, exhibition giveaways and anniversary events. We have also made international-event gifts, event awards and travel adapters for business trips for multinational companies. Other client types include aviation, airport and port logistics, retail brands, media, and hotels and shopping centres.
Non-profit organisations, chambers and associations, and medical institutions: Lapel pins, cap badges, sports socks and canvas bags for running events and uniformed groups.

Background

Regent Gifts was established in Hong Kong in 2007. Its full registered name is Regent Development (H.K.) Company Limited (匯浚發展有限公司). The office is at Trend Centre, Cheung Lee Street, Chai Wan. Over the years we have served more than a thousand organisations of different types, from kindergartens and universities to government departments and companies in Hong Kong and overseas. Products cover electronics, travel, sports, stationery, eco items and uniforms.

If you need to see the goods, we can arrange for samples to be sent to your company or school. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. We are closed on public holidays. The website is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean, so overseas colleagues or a head office can choose items together.
